Introducing Philippe Rigollot, pastry chef and chocolatier (2004 Chocolatier World Champion and 2007 MOF), Pierre Gay, cheesemonger (2011 MOF), and Jacques Dubouloz, cheesemonger (2014 MOF). And how could we forget the renowned Rouge bakery, an official supplier of the Pélican Hotel? They all showcase their respective crafts by working tirelessly every day in their boutiques to satisfy their customers. But they are far from the exception to the rule! There are so many other acclaimed artisans, bakers, caterers, charcutiers, butchers, cheesemongers, and pâtissiers that we could never list them all.
