The season begins on Saturday, April 4, as the swimming pool reopens and welcomes back sunny days and outdoor relaxation at Le Pélican.

Reserved exclusively for hotel guests, this chic and welcoming oasis combines a heated outdoor swimming pool and pétanque court. A perfect blend of relaxation, summer leisure and the French art of living, in the heart of a 4-star hotel in Annecy. Pleasantly heated water, sun loungers, open views of the mountains and a refined poolside atmosphere: everything is designed for complete relaxation. This signature space truly comes into its own in the warmer months, offering an atmosphere that is both laid-back and sophisticated.

A tribute to an iconic symbol of Lake Annecy

To access the pool — a peaceful, indulgent space — guests cross a footbridge designed by interior architect Hervé Lefillatre. Inspired by the famous Pont des Amours, this elegant passage captures Annecy’s romantic spirit and gives full meaning to its nickname, “the Little Venice of the Alps.” With its sweeping arches and poetic lines, the bridge beautifully adds to the elegant, mineral-inspired ambiance of the Pélican, echoing the shores of the lake.

After relaxing by the water, extend the experience at Ô Cèdre bar, located just a few steps from the swimming pool. The menu features a selection of sharing snacks and light bites, perfect for a casual break between swims.
