The Pélican Hotel has chosen to put this metaphor into music with internationally renowned resident DJ Liz Candy serving up smash hits in the restaurant throughout the year. Once again, this new prestigious hotel in Annecy is thinking outside the box to develop its appeal, using contemporary concepts and fun experiences to become a major player on the local scene.

After making a name for herself on the most prestigious dance floors across the world for eight years, Annecy native and resident Liz Candy is a unique artist in a league of her own. Today she is pursuing new horizons as the resident DJ at the four-star Pélican Hotel in Annecy. Her devotion, passion, and deep knowledge of the music world made her an obvious choice for this premium new establishment.

Liz Candy or her carefully chosen performers will be on the decks every evening at the Pélican Hotel to get the party started to the sounds of Lounge, Deep House, Chill-House, Nu Disco, Disco/Soul-Funk, Afro-House and more.
With more than 200 performances at the world’s best clubs across 30 different countries, Liz Candy is a regular at musical events and has been a resident DJ for premium brands (Porsche, Cartier), palaces and prestigious hotels including La Réserve in Geneva, Les Airelles à in Courchevel, La Bastide in Gordes, and Le Cervo in Zermatt. Her vast community of followers on social media (more than 600,000 on Facebook and 27,000 on Instagram) is a testament to both her reputation and incredible talent. In full keeping with the innovative idea for unique dining in a prestigious venue, Ô Bon Bec sets the rhythm for the hotel. Whether à la carte brunches open to the public, haute-couture tapas whipped up before your eyes, or its non-stop service from morning until night, both guests and visitors are sure to find something they love. From 3 p.m., the snack menu at the Ô Bon Pain bakery takes over. And at 6 p.m. get ready for live cooking and a groovy musical atmosphere to “mix” culinary experiences with tunes by performers. Good vibrations guaranteed until 10 p.m..
